(d/b/a Newbeauty Aesthetics) and its affiliated organizations (“Newbeauty Aesthetics” or “we” or “our”) are committed to maintaining security and privacy of information of its clients and other visitors to our website (our “website”). This Privacy Policy describes Newbeauty Aesthetics’s information collection practices in connection with the use of our website newbeautyaesthetics.com. Newbeauty Aesthetics collects and uses information in the course of its clients and other visitors (“you” or “your”) use of our website. Use of our website does not provide or replace the consultation, guidance, or care of a qualified esthetician.

What information is collected/stored automatically
Below is how we handle information about your visit to our website.

If you do nothing during your visit but browse through the website, read pages, or download information, we will gather and store certain information about your visit automatically. This information does not identify you personally. We automatically collect and store only the following information about your visit:

Cookies

What if you send us personal information
If you choose you may provide us with personal information, by filling out a form with your personal information and submitting it to us through our website. • Beauty information – We provide aesthetic services to enhance our client’s natural beauty. Information you share through our website (such as skin concerns you share in a message you send through the “Contact Us” webpage) is used solely to assist you in identifying appropriate services. This information is not subject to HIPAA.

  We may use the information we collect for a variety of purposes, including to:

Our website has links to a few other websites. In most cases we link to private organizations, with their permission. Unauthorized attempts to upload information or change information on our website are strictly prohibited and may be punishable under the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act of 1986, as amended.

Newbeauty Aesthetics’s collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information are generally governed by this Privacy Policy and by law. Your personal information is retained only for as long as we have a valid business purpose and in accordance with applicable law.
