1. Product Purchases — Final Sale

All skincare products purchased directly from New Beauty Aesthetics, whether in-office or through our online store, are considered final sale.

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for purchases due to changes of mind, personal preferences, or dissatisfaction with product selection.

If a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact our office within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and your order information so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

This policy does not limit any rights provided by applicable consumer protection laws.

2. Shipping & Delivery

New Beauty Aesthetics is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier, except where otherwise required by law.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier to initiate an investigation and notify our office for assistance.
